Shipping policy

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

• All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Custom orders currently require a 3-4 week production period. Once completed we will notify you with tracking info. 

 

New Zealand Orders

STANDARD (Business & Residential Non-Rural)

FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100

$6.50 for orders under $99 (Tracked)

Delivery target: 1 - 3 working days

Please note extra charges may apply on bulky or heavy items. We will contact you to discuss options before shipping your order. 

RURAL

$9.50 for orders under $100

Delivery target: add 2-3 days on top of standard delivery targets (depending on the area)

Please make sure to check the Rural Delivery box when completing checkout. We will not be able to ship out your order until the extra payment has been made.

International Orders

Things are a little different in relation to Covid-19. Expect some delays with international orders. 

$15 for international shipping. 

Delivery target: 7-14 days. Expect delays 

Any incoming duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
