Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We make sure to pack your prints securely so no damage will be done in transit. If for any reason you receive damaged prints, we can replace them as a new order, at full price, to cover costs of materials and shipping.
Please include your order details and a picture of the damaged item and we will get back to you.
If custom orders or original paintings are damaged please email us as soon as you receive it.
"If you purchase a postal or courier service from us and your item is lost or damaged in transit, if we are liable we may elect to repairor replace the item or to pay you an amount:
- equal to the replacement value of the item;
- equal to the cost of repair of the item;
- up to the sum of cover available under the service you purchased (see below, and subject to any of the cover dependencies set out below)
whichever is the lesser, together with a refund of the postage paid."
